An experienced and caring realtor, with a good eye for selling features can see beneficial changes that sometimes are not obvious to the homeowner.  My suggestions, carefully followed can give you a higher return on your investment.  I also follow up with each showing of your home to both ensure the potential buyer has noted all special features and to get feedback to discuss with you. When an offer is received, I apply experienced negotiation skills to maximize your return.
